Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with up to 25 days maceration and frequent pumping over to ensure a balance between fruit and extract. Aged 16 months in new American-oak casks to be later rounded off in the bottle for a further three years in bottle before release.
100% Tempranillo, picked, for the most part, from their own vineyards in the Rioja Alta.
Complex array of aromas on the nose, with notes of red fruits and liquorice and subtle hints of toast, spices and cinnamon.
