Made only in the very best vintages, this is Zenato’s top Amarone made from Corvina and Rondinella picked in the oldest vineyards. Grapes are dried in the traditional fashion for several weeks before gentle pressing. Four years in Slavonian oak, deep red in colour with intense cherry and red berry aromas with spice in the background. Full, ripe and rich on the palate with weight and intensity, a powerful, complex wine.
