From the famed Tignanello Estate (and the same vines as used for Tignanello) in the heart of Chianti Classico, predominantly Sangiovese but with the addition of a little Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Ruby red colour, aromas of black cherry with floral notes of violet and rose petal with a hint of cacao. Lively and fruity on the palate with supple tannins, elegant balance between fruit, tannins and acidity, layered and lingering.
