The wine’s name is a pun on the phrase “autrement dit” – “putting it differently”. Winemaker Valerie Courreges has a background in chemisty and is known for her bold and innovative approach. This is from vines on the estate’s prized red ochre soil on a limestone base – de-stemmed, fleshy and intense with grippy black fruits and some crunchy angular touches.
