The terroir is composed of clayey-schist slopes with a limestone base and an altitude varying between 120 and 470 meters.The wine displays a fine nose with notes of wild herbs. Fresh aromas of redcurrant and a powerful kick of kirsch. There is a distinct whiff of rosemary, and a little charred oak, with tight tannins that will get to grips with grilled meat.
