Full, complex nose. Lovely and fresh with intense lingering white fruit flavours (peach and apricot), yellow flower and some aniseed notes. Surprisingly fresh and crisp for a wine from so far south. 60% Roussanne, 40% Viognier. A classic Rhone white wine. Perfect to accompany hot fish with cream, white meats and asparagus.
