Noilly Prat

A fine Vermouth made in the village of Marseillan in the south of France. Noiyyly Prat is made using local wine varieties which are infused with herbs and other botanicals. These include fennel, wormwood, orange peel, coriander, gentian and nutmeg. The wines are aged in a unique process where barrels are left out in the sun and occasionally sprayed with seawater. Noilly Prat makes a superior vodka or gin martini and also works well in cooking, particulary in fish sauces.
