From just west of Montpellier in the Languedoc Roussillon region. Soft delicate nose with pleasant hints of acacia and hawthorn blossom, herbal and citrus hints. Delicate and fresh in the mouth it has an excellent acid/structure balance. It’s from the coast, so great with fish!
