Harvested at full maturity, slow pressing & precise settling before fermentation & ageing on fine lees. A nose of wildflower, honey & well Chardonnay. Flavours are light, dry, flinty & lemon crisp with grapefruit-rind-like acidity. A wine for shellfish & seafood or just sipping.
