This delicious Puligny is fermented in a combination of temperature-controlled, stainless-steel vats and oak barrels to give complexity while retaining the primary fruit aromas. Then aged for 11 months in one to five- year-old French oak barrels using 25% new oak, adding texture and richness to this classic Puligny. Hints of butter and cream allied to the perfectly balanced fruit and acidity. Drink over the next 15 years with Pasta, rich fish, shellfish and cheese.
