Made in the traditional method from grapes sourced in the Maconais region of Burgundy. The result is a great alternative to Champagne. It’s fresh, light & dry with notes of ripe apple, grapefruit & lemon zest. Lovely foaming mouthfeel with some cream notes & a tangy finish, this is surprisingly complex considering the price tag.
