A 24ha Monopole vineyard, part of Savigny-les-Beaune AOP, located just to the north of the city of Beaune. Tollot-Beaut is a 5th generation wine producer with some of the fairest prices in the region. This pours a deep cherry red with black and red fruit aromas, cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant with bonus violet notes. Rounded and open on the palate with volume and power, lush cherry fruits balanced by grip and fine boned tannins. Delicious.
