Suduiraut is one of the great Sauternes 1st growths, situatued just to the north of Chateau d’Yquem. This is the second wine, floral and honeyed on the nose with maybe a hint of saffron, luscious on the palate but with tangy orange acidity for balance. Try with foie, with strong cheeses or with fruit based desserts.
