From the tiny but much lauded Bordeaux commune of Pomerol on the right bank of the Gironde estuary. From a warm ripe year this has chocolate tinged plum fruit aromas with a touch of cedar, fleshy and ripe on the palate with pleasing grip and concentration. A bargain price for a Pomerol.
