From selected parcels on the biodynamic estate of Cru Classe Ch. Haut Bages Liberal run by Claire Lurton. Named for the Roman God of Agriculture (Demeter in Greek), this is a zero-added sulfite Bordeaux that clearly tastes of the Medoc. Weighty and ripe, dark and supple, concentrated and elegant but also full flavoured and juicy with layers of soft black fruits. Delicious.
