Aged exclusively in Don Nuno Oloroso casks from the venerable Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, arguably the greatest Sherry house of them all. This spends 9-12 years in Sherry butts and its final year in first fill hand-selected casks seasoned with Oloroso. Dark fruits, prunes and marzipan on the nose, creamy caramel and spice on the palate and a sweet soft finish.
