Aged for 5 years minimum in ex Bourbon casks with Oloroso Sherry cask also in the mix – classic mash bill of malted and unmalted barley plus some oats for texture. This is a delight, double cream, toffee and raisin aromas with allspice and mace. Chocolate and more cream notes on teh palate with a nutty peppery hit on the finish and a touch of creme brulee.
