A blend of dark rum from Barbados blended with rum distilled in Donaghadee in Co. Down. The Barbados rum was aged in Kentucky Bourbon casks and the Co. Down component in French wine casks. The result is a complex layered rum with sweet spices, gingerbread and nutty banana and toffee notes.
