Shortcross Gin

Shortcross is produced in small batches on the Rademon Estate in Downpatrick, Co. Down. Juniper leads on the nose but also expect pepper, apple and orange zest. Textured and lightly on the palate with the different botanicals asserting themselves, works brilliantly as a gin and tonic, perhpaps add a slice of orange.
