The McIvor family first planted apples in 1855. This is made from the fresh juice of 10 varieties of apple including dessert, Bramley and traditional cider apples. Aromas of apple pie, poached pears and a hint of caramel. Fruity and rounded on the palate with crisp apple and citrus flavours and a touch of apple-skin tartness on the dry finish.
