Rochefort have been at this a while, since 1595 (although the Rochefort 8 was introduced in 1955). Aromas of brioche and dark malt with a fruity rich flavour balanced by fine carbonation and freshness. Perfect with a beef carbonade, a rich stew or maybe a ripe milleens cheese.
